Vikas Srivastava’s understanding of financial centers has been quite the serendipitous journey. While obtaining a business degree, he took a part time job as a teller at a bank and over time, worked his way up to management. Eventually, he left to pursue his passion for design. Fast forward many years and employments, he finds his way back to the branches, but this time leading the design of the same (not quite!) spaces in which he’d spent so much of his early career! He’s learned best practices in banking, design, and construction through the various positions, and has worked with top and retailers financial institutions to help elevate their physical brand presence and customer journey. As Design Lead for Fifth Third, Vikas works collaboratively with internal partners as well as A,D & E firms to design spaces and experiences that positively influence individuals and allow them to prosper.
