Rebekah is an interior environments designer whose work has largely focused on the design of new retail prototypes. She spent the first portion of her career on the consulting side having designed concepts for brands including Timberland, Lens Crafters, and Hampton Inn. In 2011, Rebekah transitioned her career in-house, joining L Brands, where she led various teams working on the design of Victoria’sSecret, Bath & Body Works, White House Candle, and La Senza stores.

In 2015 she joined Sephora, where she was responsible for leading the Store Design team, including the design of a new small footprint neighborhood store concept. Rebekah joined Bank of America in 2018 and was tasked with designing a new retail prototype. Since the launch of this new design direction in 2019, her team has grown to include both innovation and roll-out designers/architects who are responsible for the design of new concepts/initiatives and translating this design across Bank of America’s large and varied portfolio of Financial Centers. Also included within this work is the management of merchandising strategy and execution.

Rebekah earned a Bachelor of Interior Design degree from the University of Cincinnati, DAAP. She is committed to the education of young designers and has taught design illustration and studio courses. Rebekah was responsible for Bank of America’s sponsorship of the PAVE student design competition in 2019, in which students around the world were invited to design their vision for the future of banking on their college campus. In 2023, she joined the PAVE Board of Directors to further her efforts to support design students in need of scholarships and mentorship. In 2023, Rebekah was also inducted into the Retail Design Institute Legion of Honor.
