Kristopher Banner is the Director of Real Estate & Construction at ATB Financial, a regional bank based in Alberta, where he oversees the real estate strategy, leasing activities, construction and design of all projects for the bank’s 1.5 million square feet of space across 273 points of presence.

Recently, Kristopher has led his team to create the first purpose built advisor hub for the bank which focuses on ATB’s Client Experience and Advisory Strategies as they shift clients to a more digital journey. The advisory hub was designed to be advisory first and transactional second. The team in the space tailors each and every experience to the client’s needs and seamlessly brings retail, business and wealth services together. The team member experience is not lost in all of this, as the space acts as a corporate hub for true collaboration.
