E.J. Kritz is a global Customer Experience strategist from Charleston who works with some of the finest brands in Financial Services, Retail, and more. His work focuses on powering the human experience by connecting Customer Experience and Employee Engagement. He’s all about shaking up what’s considered “normal” and makes no apologies for telling it how it is.

E.J. serves in a leadership role at the consulting firm apc and sits on the Advisory Board of the Interactive Customer Experience Association. A frequent conference speaker, E.J. authored the 2023 apc study On the Record with Gen-Z and is a frequent press contributor including The Washington Post, USA Today, Digital Signage Today, and more.
