Dillon Harding is the Director of Construction at Kering, a global luxury group headquartered in Paris. Based in New York, Dillon supports the Group’s real estate and construction activities throughout North and South America. He leads a team dedicated to designing and building luxury boutiques and corporate offices for Kering and its prestigious brands, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, and Balenciaga, among others.

Prior to joining Kering, Dillon was part of CHANEL’s Global Store Design team, working in both New York and London. During his time at CHANEL, he contributed to high-profile projects across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and played a key role in establishing worldwide Sustainability and Accessibility standards for the brand.

Dillon graduated from the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a minor in Global Sustainability. He is a licensed architect in the state of California and a LEED Accredited Professional.
